Applesauce and custard pie made with graham cracker crust

Recipe Ingredients for Applesauce custard pie

7 large rectangular piece or 2 squares or 4 small rectangular piec Cookies, Graham Crackers, Plain Or Honey
0.5 cup Butter
0.5 cup Sugars, Granulated
4 large egg Eggland's Best Egg
8 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 lime yields Lime Juice
1 Apple Red Delicious Apples
2 tsp Sugar Light Brown
1.5 cup Apple Sauce Original Organics

Recipe Directions for Applesauce custard pie

Mix graham cracker pieces, half cup white sugar, and half cup melted butter together to form crust. Set aside a handful for the topping, pack the rest into the bottom of an 8x8 pan or pie dish. Slice the apples thinly and put them in a bowl with lemon, sprinkle with brown sugar. Mix together and set on top of the graham cracker crust. Then whip the egg whites. In a separate bowl mix milk, egg yolks, and applesauce. Fold in the egg whites. Pour onto crust with apples already there. Top with remaining graham cracker topping. Cook at 300 degrees for about 60min.
