Recipe Ingredients for Applesauce Buckwheat Donuts

1/3 cup buckwheat groats
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 tablespoons Vanilla
6 tablespoons egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon Original Raw Chia Seeds
1 tablespoon blackstrap molasses

Recipe Directions for Applesauce Buckwheat Donuts

  1. heat oven to 350

  2. spray donut pan with olive oil

  3. grind buckwheat in coffee grinder

  4. mix all ingredients and pour into donut pan

  5. bake for 16 min
