A refreshing substitute for cranberry sauce in a can. This serves as a side dish with the added bonus of the traditional cranberry taste. You can substitute strawberry jello if you like.

Recipe Ingredients for Applesauce-Berry Gelatin Mold

6 oz Raspberry gelatin (Two 3 oz packages)
2 cups boiling water
16 oz whole-berry cranberry sauce (1 can)
1 3/4 cups chunky applesauce

Recipe Directions for Applesauce-Berry Gelatin Mold

In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in cranberry sauce and applesauce. Pour into a 6-cup ring mold coated with cooking spray. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Unmold onto a serving platter.
