1 1/2 chopped apple
1 oz walnuts (1/4 cup)
1 oz sliced celery (1/4 cup)
1/2 lb baby greens
1 fl oz orange juice (2 TBS)
1 tbs flaxseeds
1 1/2 tsp DIjon Mustard
1/2 tsp poppy seeds
1/2 tsp orange zest
1 pinch of salt

Recipe Directions for Apples and Walnut on baby greens with poppy seed dressing
