Oatmeal with essential fats and apples

Recipe Ingredients for Apples and Oats

1/4 cup oatmeal
2 tablespoons wheat germ
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
1/2 cup skim milk
1 medium apple, chopped
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Apples and Oats

  1. Microwave apples in a little water until done. Approximately 3 minutes. Drain.

  2. Add oatmeal and milk, cook about 1 minute.

  3. Add wheat germ and flaxseed.and cinnamon.

  4. Cover with lid for a few minutes
