Recipe Ingredients for Apples and Almonds

1 medium (3") Apples
2 serving pc greek yogurt
0.68 oz (22 whole kernels) Almonds, Dry Roasted
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.5 tsp Sugars, Granulated

Recipe Directions for Apples and Almonds

  1. Slice and core apples.

  2. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Spread mixture over apple slices.

  3. Microwave for 3 minutes.

  4. Roast almonds in oven or toaster oven until dark.

  5. Chop almonds.

  6. Place dollops of yogurt over each slide of apple and sprinkle chopped almonds over slices.
