Recipe Ingredients for Apple Yogurt Coleslaw

8 cups cabbage,Thinly sliced green
4 cups Granny Smith apple,Chopped unpeeled
1 cup carrot, Coarsley shredded
1 tablespoon Milk, Dry, Nonfat, Instant
8 ounce plain low-fat yogurt
1 tablespoon Sugar
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Celery seeds
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper

Recipe Directions for Apple Yogurt Coleslaw

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl; toss well and set aside.

  2. Combine next 7 ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Pour over cabbage mixture; toss gently. Cover and chill 8 hours. Serve with a slotted spoon.

  3. Makes 8 one cup servings
