Recipe Ingredients for apple wheat bread

2 2/3 c flour
1/3 c wheat flour
1 t cinnamon
1/4 t nutmeg
1 1/2 t salt
2 T brown sugar
4 T dry milk
1 T butter
1/2 c water
3 T water
3/4 c apple, chopped and peeled
1 t lemon juice

Recipe Directions for apple wheat bread

place ingredients in bread machine in order of manufactuors directions. Or place wet ingredients in bowl of mixer with dry ingredients on top. Mix and then knead 6-8 min. Let rise til doubled, then place in loaf pan and let rise til doubled, bake 375 for 20-30 min.
