1 large apple, diced
1/4 c walnuts, chopped
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 c carrots, sliced
4 oz. Vanilla Yogurt, Low Fat
2 T Mayo, fat free

  1. chop all.

  2. mix yogurt and mayo.

  3. Mix with chopped fruits.

  4. serve on lettuce for larger serving.
