Recipe Ingredients for Apple-Walnut Oatmeal

1/2 cup rolled oats
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup whole milk
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup apple, finely chopped
1 teaspoon honey

Recipe Directions for Apple-Walnut Oatmeal

  1. Bring 1 1/4 cup water to boil and add salt

  2. Reduce heat and add oats

  3. Empty oats into bowl when oats are cooked and oatmeal has reached desired consistency

  4. Add walnuts, applesauce, milk, and cinnamon
