Recipe Ingredients for apple walnut muffins

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 (large) eggs
3/4 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups chopped apples
5 tbsp butter
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Recipe Directions for apple walnut muffins

  1. whisk together

  2. 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour

  3. 2 tsp baking powder

  4. 1 1/2 tsp baking powder

  5. 1 tsp baking soda

  6. whisk together in large bowl

  7. 2 (large) eggs

  8. 3/4 cups sugar

  9. stir in and let stand 10 minutes

  10. 1 1/2 cups chopped apples

  11. stir in

  12. 5 tbsp butter

  13. 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

  14. add flour mixture

  15. do not over mix

  16. pour into 12 muffin cups

  17. bake for 14 to 16 minutes
