Low Carb bread from Wheat Belly. Super yummy and filling!

Recipe Ingredients for Apple Walnut "Bread"

1 cup Applesauce
1 cup Chopped Walnuts
2 cup Almonds Ground
2 tbsp Flaxseed
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
2 tsp Baking Powder
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
2 large Egg, White
0.5 cup Butter
0.25 cup Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt

Recipe Directions for Apple Walnut "Bread"

  1. Combine the dry and wet ingredients seperatly.

  2. When combined pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.

  3. If to dry add more greek yogurt.

  4. Press into a greased bread pan and bake at 325 for 45 minutes.

  5. Let cool for 20 minutes then turn out.
