Makes 14 servings



Quick bread basic recipe. Can add other fruits and flavors. I added fresh chopped apple. It is not sweet and takes a little getting used to.

Recipe Ingredients for Apple Walnut Bread GF

2 cup Almond Meal/Flour
1 cup pieces or chips Walnuts, English
2 tbsp, ground Flaxseed
1 tbsp Cinnamon, Ground
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
2 large Egg, White
1 cup Applesauce
1/2 cup Walnut Oil
1/4 cup Cream, Sour, Reduced Fat, Cultured
1 small (2-3/4") Apples

Recipe Directions for Apple Walnut Bread GF

Mix dry ingredients and wet seperately. Conbine and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. 9x13 loaf pan with cooking spray. Let rest for 20 minutes before serving.
