3 c skim milk
1/2 t cinnamon
1 salt (optional)

Recipe Directions for Apple-Walnut Amaranth

Core and dice apple with skin. Combine all ingredients and heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 25 minutes.
