Recipe Ingredients for Apple-Turkey Breakfast Patties

12 oz Lean Ground Turkey
1 Apple Red Delicious Apples
15 grams Parsley
2 grams Sage
2 grams Thyme
1 grams Pepper, Red Or Cayenne
5 grams Minced Garlic
20 grams Oil, Vegetable Safflower, Salad Or Cooking, Linoleic, (Over 70%)
90 grams Onions
0.5 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Apple-Turkey Breakfast Patties

In a medium bowl, combine turkey, apples, parsley, sage, thyme, pepper flakes, garlic and 3 tsp oil, onion and salt. Form into 8 2 1/2 - 3-inch round patties. In a large skillet, heat remaining 1 tsp oil on medium. Working in batches, add patties to skillet and cook 3 minutes per side, until lightly golden and no longer pink in center.
