2 celery stalks, diced
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp dijon mustard
2 tbsp shallot, minced
1/2 tsp anise seed
