Apple squash chedder soup- delicious!

Recipe Ingredients for Apple Squash Soup

1 large Onions
4 cup, cubes Squash, Winter, Butternut
2 serving Apple
0.13 cup Flour, All Purpose
4 cube Soup, Chicken Broth Cubes, Dehydrated, Dry
3 cup (8 fl oz) Water
2 oz Mozzerella Cheese - Low Moisture
1 cup Organic Reduced Fat Milk 2% Milkfat
3 fl oz Apple Cider 100% Cider
2 tbsp Original Natural Buttery Spread

Recipe Directions for Apple Squash Soup

  1. Saute onions, apples and squash with earths balance and olive oil for about 8 minutes.

  2. Then add apple cider and simmer.

  3. Add sage, salt pepper and flour to pot.

  4. Add milk, chicken broth and let simmer until squash if soft.

  5. Add cheese and puree. Serve!
