Recipe Ingredients for Apple Spice Oatmeal

1/2 cup oatmeal
1 pinch of salt
1/2 golden delicious apple
1 tbsp light brown sugar
1/8 tsp apple pie spice
1/3 cup milk

Recipe Directions for Apple Spice Oatmeal

  1. Combine 1 cup water, oatmeal and salt together in a microwave safe medium bowl. Be sure to allow room for the oatmeal to boil up. Microwave on high until the oatmeal is thick, about 3 minutes. Stir and let stand 1 minute.

  2. Combine the apple, brown sugar, and apple pie spice in a small bowl. Sprinkle over the oatmeal. Serve hot, with the milk.
