Apple spice oat muffin recipe plus flax meal and protein powder.

Recipe Ingredients for Apple Spice Oat Muffins + Flax and Protein

3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup oats
1/2 cup flax meal
1/4 cup soy protein isolate
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
2 egg whites
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
3 tbs cooking oil

Recipe Directions for Apple Spice Oat Muffins + Flax and Protein

Slightly beat egg whites. Combine wet ingredients. Add dry to wet. Coat muffin tin. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes. (Optional: Top with cinnamon and sugar before baking.)
