Recipe Ingredients for Apple Spice Muffins

0.5 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
0.5 cup Syrups, Maple
4 tbsp Agave Nectar
1.5 cup Applesauce
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1.5 tsp Leavening Agents, Baking Soda
0.5 tsp Sea Salt
1 medium apple Apples
32 oz Beth's Gluten Free All-Purpose Flour

Recipe Directions for Apple Spice Muffins

  1. combine wet ingredients in a bowl with a blender

  2. add in cinnamon, sea salt and baking soda

  3. mix in flour

  4. fold in chopped apples

  5. spray muffin tins and bake at 350'F for 25min or until muffins are brown

  6. makes 24 muffins
