Recipe Ingredients for Apple Spice Muffins

2 1/4 cups baking mix
1 cup applesauce
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup fat free milk
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Recipe Directions for Apple Spice Muffins

  1. Mix the baking mix, sugar & spices together in a mixing bowl.

  2. In a seperate bowl, beat the egg, applesauce & milk together.

  3. Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until moistened.

  4. Pour equally into 12 muffin tins sprayed with non-stick spray or lined with paper liners.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 17 to 20 minutes.
