I bought a bag of apples and they suck, bruises here and there on all of them! So I invented this, a way to use them up (since I can?t just bring one to work and spit out the crappy parts ? that?s class) but I can cut out all the bruises. Yum!

1 cup of ice
1/2 cup light cranberry juice
1 apple

Recipe Directions for Apple Smoothie - ONLY 1 Weight Watchers Point!

Peel, core and dice apple, combine ingredients in blender, blend and serve. Can be used with other kids of juice for a different flavour. Apple juice is most often recommended but I only have cranberry in my home at the moment.
