Recipe Ingredients for Apple-slaw

1 green apple
1 red apple
3 cups shredded carrots
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 ounces feta cheese

Recipe Directions for Apple-slaw

Cut apples into matchsticks. Add to large bowl and toss with lemon juice. Add remaining ingredients and toss together.
