Apple salad in a light yogurt sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Apple salad

2 red delicious apples
1/3 c chopped celery
1/3 c dried cranberries
2/3 c crushed pineapple
2 tbsp nonfat plain yogurt
2 tsp light mayo
1 tbsp pineapple juice
1/8 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Apple salad

  1. Core and chop apples.

  2. Mix apples, celery, drained crushed pineapple, and dried cranberries in a bowl.

  3. Mix yogurt, mayo, pineapple juice (leftover from draining the pineapple) and cinnamon in a small bowl.

  4. Pour dressing over salad, mix together and serve cold. Declicious!!
