Recipe Ingredients for Apple Rosemary Ham (Pork) Roast

3 lb pork, Fresh, Leg (Ham), Rump Half
2 apples
1 medium white onion
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp rosemary leaves
3 tbsp garlic powder
3 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp ground nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Apple Rosemary Ham (Pork) Roast

Cut apples and onions and place in pan. Mix apple cider vinegar, rosemary leaves, powders and ground spices, add a little water. Take the netting off the pork roast, cover pork in the flavorings and place on top of the apples and onions. Place in oven at 400 and roast until meat reaches 160 degrees
