Recipe Directions for Apple Risotto

saute apples over high heat in pan with pam spray. add cinnamon,ginger, cloves and stir for about 2 minutes; transfer to slow cooker; add rice and stir to combine. sprinkle brown sugar and splenda on top evenly; add vanilla, pour apple juice over mixture. cover and cook on high for about 90 minutes until liquid is absorbed
