A healthier variation from the regular Apple Crisp

Recipe Ingredients for Apple Raspberry Crisp

8 apples, sliced
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 pinch nutmeg
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
3 tbsp flax seed
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup white sugar

Recipe Directions for Apple Raspberry Crisp

  1. Combine first set of ingredients and put in bottom of a square pan.

  2. Combine second set of ingredients, and top the fruit mixture.

  3. Bake at 350 for 304 - 40 minutes.
