Lovely little treats with no added sugar!

Recipe Ingredients for Apple, Raisin, Walnut Cookies

1 egg
2 small apples
1 small banana
2 oz walnuts
5 dried figs
5 tablespoons raisins
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Recipe Directions for Apple, Raisin, Walnut Cookies

  1. Cook apples, figs and raisins in half a cup water. Cool and puree with banana and walnuts.

  2. Mix egg and apple puree.

  3. In another bowl mix flour, baking soda, oats and cinnamon and add to the other mixture. Mix well and drop tablespoons on baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 F (170 C)
