1/2 c quinoa
1 apple
1/4 c raisins
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tbs brown sugar
1 c water

Recipe Directions for Apple raisin quinoa breakfast cereal

soak quinoa in water for 15 minutes and rinse well. Simmer quinoa in 1 c water along with diced apple, raisins, cinnamon and brown sugar for 15 minutes.
