Recipe Ingredients for Apple and Raisin Pork Chops

3/5 lb or 5 thinly sliced pork chops, grilled, yield from nearly 1 pound of pork chops
47 g lemon juice, yield from one lemon
3 gala apples
1/2 c raisins
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp butter
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper

Recipe Directions for Apple and Raisin Pork Chops

  1. Peel core and slice the apples.

  2. Combine the lemon juice, apples, raisins and brown sugar and let marinate for a few apples.

  3. Salt and pepper the pork shops and grill until cooked completely.

  4. Melt the butter and saute the apple mixture until apples are soft.

  5. Spoon the apple mixture onto the pork chops.
