Recipe Ingredients for Apple-raisin oatmeal

1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill gluten-free rolled oats
2 T seedless raisins
5 3/10 oz apple
1 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Apple-raisin oatmeal

  1. Place apples, diced not peeled, and raisins in boiling water ~ 2 cups and simmer til apples are beginning to soften

  2. Add oatmeal and cook gently until oats are creamy and apples tender

  3. Add cinnamon and stir before serving

  4. Serve topped with 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
