Recipe Ingredients for Apple and Raisin Oat Bars

125 g oats
2 gala apples
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp raisins

Recipe Directions for Apple and Raisin Oat Bars

  1. Peel and core the apples, then heat on a low heat in a little water and leave simmering until soft. 20-35 mins approx.

  2. Mix the apples, oats, honey and raisins in a bowl.

  3. Spread out/pour the mixture into a fairly flat, square greased/greaseproofed tin (like on used for flapjacks).

  4. Bake in an oven on 160 degrees (for a fan oven) for approx. 35 minutes or until golden brown.

  5. Leave to cool and cut into 8 bars.
