1 serving = 1/2 cup. I used agave nectar rather than maple syrup, but CC doesn't recognize it. Calories are about the same.

Recipe Ingredients for Apple raisin granola

3 cups rolled oats
1 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup golden raisins
1 cup dried apples, chopped
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 t nutmeg
1 t cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Apple raisin granola

mix all ingredients together. You can either toast this in the oven to dry it out, or let it dry out in the fridge. If you use the oven, add the fruit after toasting so it won't burn.
