Recipe Ingredients for apple raisin cinnamon biscuits

2 1/4 c. white whole wheat flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 c. applesauce
1/4 c. Fat Free Sour Cream
3/4 c. Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1/2 c. raisins
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 Apple

Recipe Directions for apple raisin cinnamon biscuits

  1. mix dry ingredients together.

  2. mix in applesauce until crumbly.

  3. add raisins and chopped peeled apple.

  4. mix sour cream and milk together and mix into dough.

  5. roll out and cut into circles.

  6. bake at 400 degrees for 16 - 18 min.
