Recipe Ingredients for Apple Protein Pancakes

1/2 cup whole wheat flour
3 oz Vanilla Spiru Tein Shake
5 T rolled oats
2 cup chopped apple
2 tsp cinnamon
3 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 cup Fage 0%
3 tablespoon apple butter

Recipe Directions for Apple Protein Pancakes

  1. Mix dry

  2. Mix in wet (half the greek yogurt is thinned out to be used as milk, half is on the side)

  3. Mix in chopped apples

  4. Cook on griddle, 9 pancakes total
