Recipe Ingredients for Apple Potato Waffles

1 apple
1 potato
0.86 cup bisquick
3/4 cup water
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 egg
1 2/5 cup apple sauce

Recipe Directions for Apple Potato Waffles

  2. 1 apple

  3. 1 potato

  4. 1 cup Heart Smart Bisquick

  5. 3/4 cup water

  6. 1 tbsp vegetable oil

  7. 1 egg

  8. 1 cup TreeTop no sugar added apple sauce

  9. Peel and grate potato. Take two paper towels and scoop up the potato. Wrap the towel around the potato and squeeze the juice out. Place in bowl.

  10. Repeat the process for the apple.

  11. Mix the bisquick, water, oil, and egg in a bowl. Once smooth, add the potato and apple.

  12. Scoop 1/2 cup per waffle into waffle maker.
