Similar to the apple pizzas found at the orchards. Recipe has been adjusted with healthier alternatives (ie. light versions of butter, caramel, and sugar).

Recipe Ingredients for Apple Pizza

1 Pet-Ritz Pie Crusts Regular
3 medium apples
1 tsp cinnamon
1/8 cup Splenda sugar blend
1/8 cup Splenda sugar blend
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup old fashioned quaker oats
1/4 cup light salted butter
1/8 cup nuts
4 oz light caramel apple dip

Recipe Directions for Apple Pizza

Roll pastry for single crust pie into a circle. Place flat on a greased and floured 10 inch pizza pan. Pare and core apples into 1/4 inch slices, spread evenly on pan. Mix cinnamon and first 1/4 cup sugar and spread on apples. Place rest of dry ingredients and butter in bowl and cut till fine. Mix in nuts. Sprinkle on apples and press so it's even. Place in preheated 375 degree oven. Bake until bubbly and golden brown, about 30 minutes. Remove and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Cut into 8 pieces with pizza cutter or knife. Microwave the caramel and drizzle on top, serve.
