Recipe Ingredients for Apple Pie with Ricotta

6 apples
500 g fresh ricotta cheese
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 c bread crumbs
4 tbsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Apple Pie with Ricotta

  1. Sprinkle bread crumbs in bottom of pie pan.

  2. Slice apples and lay in pan.

  3. Sprinkle cinnamon on apples.

  4. Mix ricotta cheese with 1 egg and sugar.

  5. Spread over apples.

  6. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

  7. Bake 40 min at 375.
