What can I say...yummm! apple pie.....and great for using up those apples

Recipe Ingredients for Apple pie

1034 g apple
1 tsp cinnamon
65 g sultanas
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 dash salt
1/2 cup margarine
1/3 cup milk

Recipe Directions for Apple pie

  1. Add apples cinnamon and sultanas to pot of water and cook until apple are soft. (you can add sultanas after cooking if preferred and I also added some stevia and cloves to the apples)

  2. Make a pastry using remaining ingredients. (can also add 1/4 cup stevia - did not add it as recipe browser couldn't find it)

  3. Roll out pastry and put into tin

  4. Add apple to pastry in tin

  5. Cut strips of pastry for the top of the pie making a crisscross pattern
