A yummy apple pie with no oatmeal apple crisp topping

Recipe Ingredients for Apple Pie

1 frozen pie crust
4 apples, peeled, cored, sliced
1 cup white sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup all purpose flour
6 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Apple Pie

  1. Mix sliced apples with 1/4c of the sugar, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Place in bottom of thawed pie crust.

  2. Melt Butter, then mix with remaining sugars, flour, and cinnamon.

  3. Press topping gently on to top of pie.

  4. Cover with aluminum foil.

  5. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

  6. Remove foil, and bake another 10-20 minutes until crust is golden brown.
