Makes 4 small pancakes or 2 large pancakes.

Recipe Ingredients for Apple Pie Pancake

1/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 Apple Apples
0.13 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
0.67 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 serving Salt
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Apple Pie Pancake

  1. Mix dry ingredients.

  2. Very thinly slice the apples (or just use half an apple). It may be easier to fry if apples are cut into very small thin strips.

  3. Add in 1/4 to 1/3 water, vanilla and apples to the dry mix. Don't over mix.

  4. Fry on skillet. I used a 1/4 cup for each pancake.

  5. Add whatever toppings you prefer.
