Recipe Ingredients for Apple Panekoeken

1 1/2 c. flour
3 apples, peeled & sliced thin
2 tbls sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 c. milk
6 eggs

Recipe Directions for Apple Panekoeken

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Melt butter in 9 x 13 inch pan, tilting to cover the sides.

  3. Mix flour, milk and eggs together and pour into the pan.

  4. Arrange apple slices on the bottom and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mix.

  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Pannekoeken will puff up in the oven and deflate rapidly when serving.
