Our families traditional German Pancakes as made by my great-grandmother who immigrated from Germany.

Recipe Ingredients for Apple Pancakes

2 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
16 fl. oz Publix Fatfree Milk
4 large egg Eggland's Best Egg
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 serving Gala Apple
6 tsp Sugars, Granulated

Recipe Directions for Apple Pancakes

  1. Combine all dry ingredients

  2. Combine all liquid ingredients

  3. Slowly mix liquid into dry - NO LUMPS

  4. Core, peel, and slice apple.

  5. Pour 1/3 cup batter into hot pan that has a tablespoon of oil in it. Oil should be hot.

  6. Place sliced apples into batter

  7. Cook until brown. Slide pancake into cover and flip. Cook 2nd side until brown.

  8. Sugar as desired.
