1 medium apple, 1/4 tsp. cinnamon, 0 calorie sweetener equal to 2 tsp sugar. Pancake batter: 1/4 c almond flour, 2 egg whites, dash of sea salt, 0 cal sweetener = 2 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp vanilla.

1 Apple Red Delicious Apples
0.25 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/4 cup Almond Meal/Flour
0.25 tbsp Xylitol

Recipe Directions for Apple Pancakes

Finely chop apple, add 1/4 tsp. cinnamon and sweetener, mix thoroughly. In separate bowl, combine all pancake batter ingredients and mix until smooth. Fold in apple mixture to coat evenly. Spray non-stick pan and prepare like a regular pancake.
