Recipe Ingredients for Apple Pancakes

2 eggs
1 cup 2% milk
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 1/4 cup flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup apple, chopped
1 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Apple Pancakes

Beat eggs until mixed well, add milk and oil. Mix well. In another bowl, mix all dry ingredients. Slowly add wet to dry. Add chopped apples last. Fry (with very light oil or Pam) at 375 degrees until golden brown. Serve with powered sugar or light syrup.
