Recipe Ingredients for Apple Pancake

2 tbls butter
1 1/2 tbls brown sugar
1 tbls granulated sugar
1 large apple
3 eggs
1/2 cup 2%milk

Recipe Directions for Apple Pancake

Melt butter in large non-stick skillet. Add brown & granulated sugar and cook over medium hear. Sugar will brown a little so be careful not to let it burn. Add apple sliced in thin wedges-spread evenly over skillet. Lower heat, let apples cook a little while-like one or two minutes. While they are cooking, beat eggs with milk. Pour over all evenly. When eggs start to set a little, turn up heat to high. check underside occasionally, lifting to make sure it isn't sticking. When crisps and brown underneath- it will still be slightly moist on top-invert on hot platter and serve immediately.
