3 cups Quaker quick oats
1 apple
2 cups skim milk
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup egg beaters
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 cup unsweetened applesauce

Recipe Directions for Apple Oatmeal Squares

  1. Put all ingredients in bowl

  2. Stir together

  3. Pour into a greased 11 by 13 pan

  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-38 minutes
