Recipe Ingredients for Apple Oatmeal

2 cup Fat Free Milk
1 medium apple Apples
1 cup Steel Cut Oats
0.2 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Apple Oatmeal

  1. Boil water.

  2. Add oatmeal and boil until tender, stirring occasionally.

  3. Add apples, 1 tsp. lemon juice, and 1/3 cup milk, butter, cinnamon, and ginger and simmer 5 minutes.

  4. Serve with 1/3 cup milk and 1 Tbs. maple syrup over each bowl.
