Recipe Ingredients for Apple Oatmeal Raisin Bread

1/2 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon brown sugar
2 3/4 cup bread flour
1 1/2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk
1/3 cup raisins
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 1/2 teaspoons dry yeast

Recipe Directions for Apple Oatmeal Raisin Bread

  1. Place all ingredients in bread machine as per manufacturers instructions. Select light crust. If dough seems too dry add water a tablespoon at a time.

  2. Cool for 1 hour before slicing. Makes a 1 1/2 lb. loaf.
