Recipe Ingredients for Apple-Oatmeal Pancakes

1 large apple
1/3 cup Rolled Oats
2 tablespoons light brown sugar
1 large egg
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cup milk

Recipe Directions for Apple-Oatmeal Pancakes

  1. Core the apple and then grate it (I don?t remove the peel). Mix the grated apple, the oatmeal, the sugar, the egg, the salt, the cinnamon and the baking powder. Gradually mix in the flour and the milk, alternating half a cup of each.

  2. Cook and enjoy
